The Tennessee Titans have agreed to terms on deals with quarterback Blaine Gabbert and offensive lineman Xavier Su’a-Filo.

Both deals were announced Tuesday.

The 28-year-old Gabbert is expected to replace Matt Cassel as Marcus Mariota’s backup. The Titans announced March 9 they intend to release Cassel .

Gabbert Womens Eric Berry Jersey , the No. 10 overall pick in the 2011 draft, started 27 games with the Jacksonville Jaguars from 2011-13. He played the next three seasons with the San Francisco 49ers, making eight starts in 2015 and five in 2016.

Gabbert spent 2017 with the Arizona Cardinals and started five games, including a 12-7 victory over the Titans . He went 95 of 171 for 1,086 yards with six touchdowns and six interceptions.

He has completed 55.9 percent of his passes for 1 Customized Dallas Cowboys Jerseys ,397 yards with 44 touchdowns and 43 interceptions during his career.

Su’a-Filo, an offensive guard, started 41 games for the Houston Texans over the last four seasons. The former second-round draft pick made 16 starts last season and 15 in 2016.

The Titans’ addition of Su’a-Filo continues their efforts to boost their offensive line.

The Titans announced Thursday they had agreed to terms offensive lineman Kevin Pamphile , who had started 33 games over the last four years with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Titans also agreed this month on a new deal to keep right guard Josh Kline .



Washington Redskins left tackle Trent Williams says he expects to be back for training camp after having surgery on his right knee.

Williams wore a bandage on his knee as he spoke to reporters Wednesday after the Redskins worked out in their practice bubble during their mandatory minicamp.

The Pro Bowler missed six of 16 games last season.

Williams said he had his tibia bone readjusted so his ”kneecap isn’t out of place” and also had a ”slight microfracture on top of that.”

Williams says he’s been in a ”cave” the last five months, ”trying to get as close to normal as possible. He says it’s the first time he’s ever had to rehab from surgery and he took it seriously. Being Back with the team Christian Kirk Color Rush Jersey , he says, has been ”definitely uplifting.”

The Redskins open training camp July 26 in Richmond.
